I ride a motorbike every day. I am a
lower and I go to court every day using my bike. In the beginning time, it is

bike or use the brake, I always need to busy in my mind for those work.

is no problem at all for me. This is call habits. For the continuing work, my

corner but he purchases a chock late. When he eats that chock late at that time he
gossip with his friend.
He repeatedly doing this work for 1 month. After one month he is going to the office food corner. But he does not take any chock late or other food. He gust go and gossip some of the office friends and come back office. After continue few days he saw his weight come back. Now he happy.
