People live their traditional way means they follow their customs, religion, and social norms. in the beginning position, those activities are common fro their life but after a few days, those activities are making their habits.

What is a habit?

Its the simple answer is those work people performed doing on their life regularly. Habits are those work which are people doing their life repeatedly.

            I ride a motorbike every day. I am a lower and I go to court every day using my bike. In the beginning time, it is very complex for me too careful about bikes. When I changed the class on my bike or use the brake, I always need to busy in my mind for those work.

            But after a few days later or now it is no problem at all for me. This is call habits. For the continuing work, my sub concise mind adapts this work. Now my mind does not need hard work for this. This is called habits.

Now the question arises on how to grow habits or ‘habits of mind?

New habits are growing an attraction. First people attract something then people doing that work. After the work finished he or she get a satisfaction form that works. That people's minds feel happy about the reword and brain storage that history.  

For example, you are visiting a food corner. There are lots of pastes. One paste is attracted you very much. You buy it and take it. After taking its test is very good. your mind is very happy and its storage in mind. When you visiting again that food corner or shop your mind says you purchase that pasty again and you purchase that again. It continues a weak. After a few days, it’s become adds a new habit or you can say that habits of mind
When you are going anywhere infant of that food corner it will attract your mind. Because that place triggers your mind for taking pasty.

Trigger can be five types:

  • Location.
  • Time.
  • Emotion.
  • Last action.
  • Other

Another example:
Rim and Kim are friends. Rim is a habitual smoker on the other hand. Kim is not habitually smoke. But when Korim meet with Rim that time Kim is also smoking.
Other wise Rim does not get smoke.

2. Angry time making a decision.

Angry time is one of the most crucial times of people. It is a very bad habit. That time people are not fit mentally. Without mentally fit any decision must be harmful to that person as well as his or her family. So keeps away from angry time taking decision.

3. Greediness.

Greediness is another ‘bad habits.  Greediness is very harmful to people. Greediness makes lots of wrong work through people. When any person is making him a greedy hot make lot of wrong work which is not ethical or good for human beings. So always try to removing greediness habits.

4. Stole or robbery.

Stole or robbery is a very bad habit for people. Some people who are habitually theft or robber. They are always stolen or force from other people. It is very much harmful to our society. So keep away from this type of habit.

Arrive late is a ‘bad habit. A businessman or a service holder or student always needs to arrive before time. Without attending the proper time you lose everything. You can not achieve your arrive goal. So keep change this type of bad habit.

9. Food taking too much (especially junk food)

There are many ways to changing your bad habits. here I describe 2 major processes to overcome from bad habits.

Start 1, The 1st key that I prefer to the way of coming out from ‘bad habits.

I’m seizing the jams, and therefore the jams themselves said 2017 was the year to finally put his life together. It’s very fun and straightforward to assemble bricks on top of every other. We wish to make this excellent wall. Mr. X is a job holder. He notices that the last 3 months his weight gain over 2 times. He is very sorry for this, and he won't come back previous weight. For this reason, he wants to find out why he changes. He tries to find up why his weight gradually increases.

At last he finds out the reason. He finds out that every day at about 2.30 pm. he goes to the office canteen and takes a big Barger and takes it happily. When he takes it as a meal at that time he gossips with his office friends. When he finished his Barger then he comes back office. It is a daily routine now.

First he thinks I do not go food corner. But when the time arises he does not keep himself.
But he thinks something new for removing his bad habits. He goes to his office food corner but he purchases a chock late. When he eats that chock late at that time he gossip with his friend.

He repeatedly doing this work for 1 month. After one month he is going to the office food corner. But he does not take any chock late or other food. He gust go and gossip some of the office friends and come back office. After continue few days he saw his weight come back. Now he happy.
Here he is not trying too hard himself. He tries to replace his routine reward.

Here the author says that when you change your bad habits that time you fast try to flowing steps.

  2. Change your behavior or routine.
